Returns

F45 Store US is unable to process exchanges. We accept returned goods for credit note ONLY.

All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for credit note.

All returns must be completed within 30 days of the Shipping Confirmation date.

Returned items must not be worn, used, washed or altered in any way. They must have any tags or hygiene stickers attached and be folded in the garment bag they came in.

Accessories must be returned in their original box or case.

All return postage costs are at your expense, unless the item arrived not as ordered, damaged or is deemed faulty.

Returns for credit note are processed within 5 business days of receiving them.

You will be sent an email notification that includes your credit note code once your return has been processed.

Your credit note code will be valid for 12 months from the date of receipt.

To redeem the credit note, enter the code into the “Gift Card” field during checkout.

Credit notes cannot be applied to orders retrospectively. 

If a return does not follow the above policy delays can be expected in the processing of the return and in some cases will not be honoured by F45 Store AU Wholesale.

HOW TO RETURN:

  1. Email support@f45store.com and list your order number and the item/s you intend to return.
  2. F45 Store will issue you a Return Label via email (allow up to 2 business days to receive this).
  3. Re-pack your item with labels and tags still attached in the garment bag and / or box it arrived in.
  4. Pack your item into an appropriate post package.
  5. Print the returns label and attach it to your package.
  6. Proceed to your preferred postal or courier outlet, pay for return postage and post the package back to the address on the Returns Label.

FAULTY ITEMS:

All faulty items are eligible for return for replacement, refund or credit note within a 100 day period from receiving your purchase.

F45 Store may request that a signed declaration of how the item was treated is provided prior to confirming the item is faulty.

F45 Store may request the item is sent back for further testing prior to confirming the item is faulty. In these instances, a postage paid label will be provided.

We cannot accept liability for an item until the requested details are provided and the item has been confirmed as faulty by F45 Store Wholesale.

If you believe your item is faulty please contact us at support@f45store.com quoting your order number and include a description and image/s of the fault.

 

INCORRECT ITEMS:

On rare occasions there is an error during order fulfilment and the incorrect item is dispatched. All faulty items are eligible for return for replacement, refund or credit note within a 30 day period of receiving your purchase.

If you have received an incorrect item please contact us at support@f45store.com quoting your order number and include a description and/or image/s of the error.

We cannot accept liability for an item until it has been confirmed as incorrect by F45 Store.

Once confirmed, we will provide you with a postage paid returns label to send back the incorrect item.

Upon receiving the incorrect item, we will issue a refund for the original postage cost, as well as process the requested resolution (send out the correct item, refund the item or issue a credit note to the value of the item).
